• An engagement letter, our contract with the client;
• Form 64-8, the client's authority to the H.M. Revenue & Customs;
• Form SA1, registering for Self Assessment with H.M. Revenue & Customs;
• The client's authority to the letting agent;
• Our terms & conditions.
