All the forms you could want - in one place
For each client we will normally need five pages signed by the client. These are (provided in PDF format):
- An engagement letter, our contract with the client;
- Form 64-8, the client's authority to the H.M. Revenue & Customs;
- Form SA1, registering for Self Assessment with H.M. Revenue & Customs;
- Form NRL-1, the application for exemption;
- The client's authority to the letting agent;
- Our terms & conditions.
The form NRL-1 is not required if your letting agent has already prepared and submitted one.
